These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Turner Bridge Financial LLC, doing business as U.S. Veteran Relief (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or using our Site and services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Use of Our Services and Eligibility
Our Services are designed specifically to support veterans and connect them with trusted, licensed insurance agents. You must be at least 18 years old (and legally capable of entering into a contract) to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this eligibility criteria.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You do not need to create a user account or pay any fee to use our Services. We are compensated by third-party insurance professionals for leads we generate, which may be considered a fee or commission.
We are not a life insurance carrier and do not underwrite policies. We simply connect veterans with licensed professionals. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to the Services at any time.
2. Personal Information and Lead Form Submission
When you submit our form, you may be asked to provide:
Full name
Date of birth
Phone number and email
Military branch or service history
Insurance budget range or needs
We do not collect detailed health history or medical information on our form. By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by phone, email, or text (including autodialed or prerecorded calls) by us or our licensed partners. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not required to make a purchase. You may opt out anytime (see Section 4).
By using our Services, you authorize us to share your information with trusted licensed agents who may contact you directly to provide quotes and options.
3. Independent Agents & No Endorsement
All agents who contact you are independent, licensed professionals. They are not employees or representatives of U.S. Veteran Relief. We do not guarantee their conduct, accuracy of information, or the quality of policies presented.
Always verify the terms and licensing of any insurance policy offered. We are not responsible for any agreements between you and an agent.
4. Opt-Out of Communications
To stop communications:
Text messages: reply “STOP”
Emails: click “Unsubscribe”
Phone calls: request to be placed on our Do Not Call list
For full removal, contact: [email protected]. Opt-out requests will be processed in a timely manner (typically within 30 days). If your data was already shared with an agent before your request, you must contact the agent directly.
5. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle and protect your data. Continued use of our Site constitutes agreement to that policy. Please review it regularly.
6. Prohibited Conduct

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us by you (usually $0). Use of our Site is at your own risk.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify U.S. Veteran Relief for any losses, claims, or disputes arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration (no jury or class actions). You may opt out by emailing us within 30 days.
Governing Law: Florida law governs these Terms.
Provider: Arbitration to be handled by AAA, NAM, or similar.
Exceptions: Small claims and intellectual property disputes may go to court.
13. Modifications
We may change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
14. Additional Disclosures for Veterans
U.S. Veteran Relief was built specifically to serve veterans. We aim to simplify life insurance access by working with agents who understand veterans’ needs.
Policies may offer coverage between $10,000 and $50,000, though exact amounts vary by age, health, and carrier approval.
Starting rates as low as $1/day may be available to healthy applicants, but premiums vary based on underwriting.
Free Will & Trust benefits are only available through eligible policies from our partner Ethos Technologies Inc., and are not offered by all carriers.
We estimate that over 28,284 veterans have obtained life insurance through the carriers we work with — not directly through U.S. Veteran Relief. This is based on internal lead and carrier data and is not independently verified.
